SHORTAGES IN SHIPMENT:
Claims for shortages or errors in shipment must be reported to OFG Products within 30 days of receipt of order. A signed copy of the delivery receipt must be supplied. We assume no responsibility for unsigned claims or claims made after 7 days.
2. DAMAGES IN SHIPMENT: Damages incurred during shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. Inspect all inbound shipments for damage before signing the delivery receipt.
3 . RETURNS: Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and be in clean, resalable condition. All freight charges are the responsibility of the returning party. Only merchandise verifiable by an original invoice will be considered for return.

How Secure Is Information About Me?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
